Refund Policy
1. General Policy

PressPlay subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record.
All refund requests are handled in accordance with this Refund Policy and Paddle’s applicable terms.

2. 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal (including the European Union or United Kingdom), you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
By purchasing and accessing the Service immediately, you acknowledge that digital services begin upon activation. Where permitted by law, this may affect your withdrawal rights once the Service has been fully delivered.

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date through Paddle’s subscription management system.
Failure to cancel before renewal does not automatically entitle you to a refund, except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

4. Refund Limitations

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Violation of the Terms of Service
  • Circumvention of subscription or device limits
  • Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts

5. How to Request a Refund

Include your Paddle transaction ID and the email address used for purchase.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through Paddle.
